Returns Policy
If you find yourself unsatisfied with an item upon receiving it, please inform us within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items listed at a discounted or sale price are eligible for exchange only.
To initiate a return, please contact us at 07490988466 (8am-5pm Mon-Sat) we will email you instructions on how to proceed with the return of your item(s).
How to Return/Exchange Items
When returning an item, please include your invoice and the goods, and send them to:

We recommend using a registered postal service for your return. Clearly state the reason for return and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange on the invoice. Please note that we can only exchange items for the same product.
If you request a full refund (excluding original delivery costs), you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the order. The order must then be returned to us within 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the original order back, we will process the refund promptly, within 14 days.
Return postage is at your own expense and risk. You are legally obligated to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all returned goods.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Note: All returned items must be in their original condition. We will not accept returns if items are used or damaged.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may be applied, equivalent to 20% of the value of the returned goods, for all products returned to us.
